The Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resources System (FDLRS) Heartland Associate Center provides two newsletters for families, teachers, administrators and agencies in DeSoto, Glades, Hendry and Highlands Counties.

The Educator’s HEARTBEAT  Newsletter is sent to educator’s electronically quarterly. Previous issues are archived on this site.

If you have information you would like to share with others regarding children with disabilities, please submit articles to the FDLRS Heartland Office, 1076 US HWY 27 N., Lake Placid, FL 33852.
